My obsession with my weight started at a young age and I guess it’s still prominent today. When I look back at it, it’s no big secret why I became obsessed with weight loss as my own mother constantly harped on the importance of being skinny. There’s no point in blaming my parents now and the way they affected my body image since I am an adult and I make my own decisions now. Unfortunately, I started trying to lose weight as a teenager and picked up some very bad habits along the way. Back then I didn’t care how the pounds drop-off as long as I saw low numbers on the scale. This meant that I would skip meals on a regular basis or limit myself to eating salads and rice cakes for short stretches of time. While I was able to lose weight using my elementary fast weight loss diet, I inevitably gained it all back in the end plus a little bit more.

These days I am fully aware of what it takes to lose weight in a healthy way and I know it is not easy. Just like with many things in life if something seems too good to be true then it probably is. Trust me, I have tried everything diet there is with minimal results and I always feel scammed at the end of it. The only real way to get results in terms of weight loss is to stick with science and burn more calories in a healthy way. I have been able to combine better eating habits and smarter choices to adapt my daily menu with delicious foods that are also healthy. I have also set up a personal gym outfitted with the best home exercise equipment so that I can stay active even at home. There are still days when I face challenges and sometimes I would like nothing more than to pig out on a tub of ice cream, but it’s important to realize that a diet is not a one-time thing. My sister came over today to wish me a happy birthday and she brought me over a gift that was a nice bottle of red wine. Check out this new detox diet I found out about just yesterday. It’s pretty late breaking new technology, like wireless phones. What I mean is that it’s been around for a long time, and most people now days are using it, I just never really knew about it.

I’m talking about the diet. It’s all about drinking some special lemon based drink recipe instead of normal food and fasting with this stuff to get your nutrients. If that doesn’t sound out there like Uranus, then the fact that people are dropping weight really fast with it surely will be.
